The Business Case for Sustainability: As Demonstrated Through the Sustainability Journey of RepYourWater
I am thrilled to share our recently released Case Study with RepYourWater, which is a design-driven apparel brand dedicated to providing top quality gear for anglers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts while inspiring exploration for the outdoors and conserving the resources we are privileged to use. In 2016, I was just getting Emerger Strategies off the ground, and RepYourWater was my second client. We have been working together ever since and I am proud of the progress Corinne, Garrison and team have made on their sustainability journey.
RepYourWater has gone through our entire process of creating baselines with a Sustainability Assessment, establishing goals and executing a Strategic Sustainability Plan, achieving Carbon Neutrality and Zero Waste, and transparently communicating their progress via an Annual Sustainability Report. RepYourWater is a perfect example of a company wanting to authentically improve their social and environmental performance for altruistic reasons, and in the process, improved their economic performance.
