Navigating Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for Packaging Regulations Webinar

Posted on January 20, 2025

At Emerger Strategies, we simplify sustainability for our clients, ensuring they understand how to measure and improve their environmental performance while making a strong business case for sustainability. That’s why we were thrilled to partner with the American Sportfishing Association (ASA) to create the ASA Sustainability Toolkit and a corresponding educational webinar series focused on sustainability in the fishing industry.

One of the key webinars in this series, “Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for Packaging,” brought together industry experts to discuss the evolving landscape of packaging regulations. Rick Crawford, Founder of Emerger Strategies, kicked off the session by explaining the business case for sustainability, emphasizing how sustainability initiatives can drive cost savings, increase customer loyalty, and mitigate risks.

We were also honored to have Caroline Deloach, Director of Sustainability for Atlantic Packaging, and Lyn Tally, Sustainability Educator for A New Earth Project, lead an insightful presentation on upcoming EPR regulations and actionable steps brands can take to ensure compliance.

As EPR regulations for packaging continue to expand across the U.S., this webinar provides critical information for brands aiming to stay ahead of compliance requirements while embracing sustainable practices.
